MY STORY
Meet Felicia M. L. Davis, an autistic female, business leader, polymath, extrovert, and “Mominator” (mother).
As a female ENTP with autism/Aspergers, Felicia is a statistical rarity largely due to under or misdiagnosed women with autism. Felicia is a charismatic leader with over 15 years of leadership experience holding a master’s in organizational management and a bachelor’s in economics. She has established a reputation as an expert in diverse team dynamics and social equity. Diagnosed with autism as an adult, she quickly learned to turn her “disability” into a superpower leading to her rapid business success. A biological mother of two boys, Felicia gives hope to parents shattering many myths about autistic individuals while providing an inside perspective on autism. With a passion for helping others, Felicia is an active catalyst for change sharing her expertise and insights to empower and inspire others.
Whether leading teams, driving strategic initiatives, raising a family, or serving her community, Felicia’s enthusiasm motivates individuals to achieve personal and professional happiness.
